Accumulation Roller
Accumulation roller has made some improvements on the base of the ordinary sprocket wheel rollers. It makes the joint flexible between the sprocket wheels and barrels instead of the fixed types(welded or excessive fastened). That relative dynamic state between the sprocket wheels and the barrels could not only enable to drive the barrels to rotate by virtue of the friction but also could roll the sprocket wheels in the barrels Individually without making the barrels rotate.
Accumulating conveyor roller achieved no accumulation on the conveyor lines. When the objects are impeded during conveying in a certain area, even the sprocket wheels are running, but the barrels would stop that could avoid the problems of collisions and overload. In other words, the objects are safe and smoothly moved on the conveyor lines and the motor is well protected.
